Branding project for a food redistribution charity based in New Orleans. Their centre would act as a community hub and provide food services to those in need as well as educating people about food.
It was important to approach this project in a way that would be sympathetic and welcoming but without being patronising. The concept for the design was "Heart and Soul" and it was rooted in the idea of being at the heart of New Orleans' diverse and vibrant community.
The colours take inspiration from the purple, green, and gold of New Orleans' Mardi Gras celebrations and the logo was designed to have a friendly and welcoming look and feel.
